the location was super convenient, right in the heart of things. the breakfast included was good!!! i loved starting my day with a delicious meal.
The room felt a bit small. I would have liked more space to move around. also, the vending machine only took cash. A card option would have been useful.

The location was superb. I appreciated being a short walk from the vibrant restaurants on bree street. the staff was helpful and allowed an early check-in. a luggage storage facility was also available. I found that particularly helpful. the view from my room was lovely.
the pillows were too hard. i would have also liked to have a few more coffee/milk and sugar options in the room.

the hotel is centrally located. transport options are reasonable, and many tourist attractions are within the city center. the waterfront was visible from my room, which i found pleasant.

Access was provided to the adjacent hotel's pool bar, which i greatly enjoyed. the rooms were very comfy and tidy with modern décor. a gym was available . I observed that it had a variety of equipment.

The staff was always ready to assist. They were helpful from security to the waiters. one staff member gave me undivided attention. sasha at the front desk deserves commendation for her helpfulness. She was amazing!!!
